Job Summary

Own integrated PR, influencer, and client-services workflows to build earned coverage, manage activations, and steward client partnerships; balancing media outreach, narrative development, and budget-driven execution while surfacing strategic insights to clients.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Project & Account Management: Support the execution and management of small-to-large scale activations and partnerships, including comprehensive budget tracking, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
Manage internal account operations, including invoicing and financial processes, to ensure operational excellence.
Media Relations: Drive proactive media outreach and secure impactful coverage across top-tier outlets.
Craft compelling narratives, including pitches, press releases, and key messages that resonate with diverse media.
Develop and maintain a robust media pitch calendar.
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key media contacts.
Oversee media and industry reporting and tracking.
Influencer and Social Programming: Contribute to the strategic development of influencer and social programs, offering insights on content themes and trends, creator verticals, and platform innovations and best practices.
Support end-to-end influencer partnerships, from negotiation and contracting to ongoing relationship management and program budget reconciliation.
Identify relevant content and creators to engage with via Brand-owned social channels.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
3-4 years of demonstrated experience in public relations or integrated communications, with at least 1-2 years of agency experience strongly preferred.
Proven understanding and hands-on experience with both traditional PR and influencer marketing.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong presentation abilities.
Highly organized with the proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to take initiative with minimal oversight.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Strong analytical skills for tracking results and informing strategy.
