You'll be responsible for coordinating and enhancing our youth basketball initiatives, including Courtside Class, Jr. Kings camps, clinics, and leagues. In addition to assisting with event logistics, you will collaborate with schools and community partners. This dynamic role also involves supporting donation requests and community events.   Key Responsibility Areas: Research, schedule, plan, and assist in executing all youth basketball programs and events Set up and break down youth basketball events Efficiently manage youth basketball email correspondence Support the preparation and distribution of Jr. Kings swag Conduct research on best practices in youth sports Maintain real-time inventory of youth basketball materials, equipment, and supplies Monitor and track youth basketball Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for monthly and end-of-year impact reports Be available to work nights and weekends   Key Qualities for Success: To excel in this role, we value the following qualities more than specific experience: Organization: Demonstrate pride in your work and workspace through meticulous organization.
