• Lead professional conversations focused on leadership capability and career progression

• Build meaningful engagement with professionals through digital platforms including LinkedIn and Zoom
• Support communication initiatives aligned with professional growth and leadership themes
• Manage responsibilities independently while working within established operational systems and compliance standards

Background & Expertise
Applicants Should Demonstrate

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or People & Culture leadership
• Experience supporting employee engagement, mentoring, or workforce strategy initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication capability
• Confidence using remote collaboration tools and professional digital platforms
• High level of accountability, organization, and professional self-management
