Responsibilities

• Show up at the venue on time, on the day, with the box
• Approach attendees walking in and out, start a quick conversation, and hand out collateral
• Keep rough counts of what you handed out and take a few photos
• Report to your supervisor after each event with counts, photos, and anything worth knowing
• Occasionally pick up marketing collateral from a warehouse before an event

Requirements

• No experience required.
• Outgoing. You're fine walking up to strangers and starting a conversation
• Can stand outside for hours, in whatever weather SF decides on
• Can carry a box of collateral
• Car strongly preferred. You'll be moving boxes
• Reliable and on time. Events don't wait

Preferred

• You've done street team, promo, canvassing, booth, or retail work
• You know what a developer conference looks like from the outside
• Live in or near San Francisco
• Willing to travel for events elsewhere in the US
