Job Summary

Own the end-to-end social content flow from trend spotting to publishing across platforms, turning cultural moments into brand ideas and keeping multiple channels moving.

  • Drive ideas from concept to content with a social-first mindset.
  • Collaborate across teams to plan calendars, briefs, and quick-turn videos.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create content people actually want to engage with.
  • Help concept, shoot and create social-first content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts -from quick-turn trends to planned brand moments.
  • Be chronically online - professionally. Keep a pulse on what’s happening across social, internet culture, creators and emerging platform behaviors. Bring us the trends worth jumping on and know which ones we should probably leave alone.
  • Turn trends into brand ideas. Spot an opportunity and help answer the most important question: How could our brands make this their own?
  • Help run our social engine. Support content calendars, publishing, weekly planning and the day-to-day details that keep multiple social channels moving.
  • Join the brainstorm. Bring ideas to the table for cultural moments, seasonal campaigns, product launches, partnerships and the random Tuesday when the internet decides everyone is suddenly obsessed with something.
  • Get behind the camera and maybe in front of it. Help capture quick-turn content in the office, at events and wherever inspiration strikes. You don’t need to be an influencer, but you should be comfortable making content that feels native to social.
  • Learn what makes content work. Dig into social performance and help us understand what stopped the scroll, what people shared, what sparked conversation and what we should do more of next time.
  • Listen to the internet. Help us keep a pulse on what consumers are saying about coffee, our brands and culture more broadly, surfacing interesting conversations and insights back to the team.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Lives and breathes social media and genuinely understands how people use TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms
  • Has strong creative instincts and an eye for content that feels native - not overly branded
  • Is curious, resourceful and willing to pitch an idea even if it’s a little out there
  • Can move quickly without losing attention to detail
  • Is organized enough to balance multiple brands, projects and deadlines
  • Loves internet culture, creators, trends and understanding why something is taking off
  • Is comfortable capturing content on a phone and learning basic editing tools
  • Can work collaboratively in a fast-moving corporate environment
  • Is excited to learn, ask questions and jump in

Preferred

  • Bonus points if you’ve managed a social account, created content for a student organization, brand or yourself, know your way around CapCut or InShot, or have ever correctly predicted a trend before it hit your group chat.
