Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary day-to-day marketing contact for authorized dealers, supporting creative, advertising, promotional, co-op, event, and annual marketing needs.
• Proactively communicate with retailers regarding available marketing opportunities, budgets, deadlines, brand resources, and participation in Shy Creation programs.
• Support new dealer onboarding and retailer initiatives including trunk shows, product launches, in-store events, and local marketing programs.
• Track retailer activity and feedback to identify opportunities for improved tools, templates, resources, and dealer participation.
• Create and customize co-branded marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, emails, postcards, invitations, flyers, web banners, in-store signage, and event collateral.
• Fulfill graphic design and artwork requests from authorized dealers, Sales Representatives, and the internal Sales team.
• Manage revisions, approvals, final artwork delivery, templates, and version control to ensure efficient turnaround and current brand usage.
• Monitor authorized dealers across in-store signage, websites, social media, advertising, and other consumer-facing channels to ensure accurate and current Shy Creation branding.
• Proactively coordinate the removal or replacement of expired or non-approved artwork and signage.
• Own ongoing maintenance of the Shy Creation dealer locator, including quarterly audits, eligibility tracking, and adding, removing, or updating dealer information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Advertising, or related field preferred.
• 2–4+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing coordination, account support, wholesale marketing, retail marketing, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong graphic design fundamentals and experience with print and digital production, including file setup, crops, trim, bleeds, email, social media, digital advertising, and retail signage.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills with confidence working directly with retailers, Sales Representatives, vendors, and internal teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred

• Fine jewelry, luxury goods, fashion, beauty, wholesale, or premium retail experience strongly preferred.
