Responsibilities

• Host engaging live streams on Whatnot and TikTok platforms, demonstrating products with enthusiasm and clarity
• Promote products effectively through compelling storytelling, product demos, and customer engagement
• Build strong relationships with viewers by responding to comments, questions, and feedback in real-time
• Collect data on viewer engagement and sales performance to optimize future broadcasts
• Manage social media accounts related to live events, increasing audience reach and brand visibility
• Coordinate with marketing teams to plan themed events, special promotions, or product launches for live sessions
• Represent the brand professionally during live streams, maintaining a positive image and fostering customer trust

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or retail environments with in-person customer service skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to public speak confidently and clearly in front of a camera
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish & English) are a plus for reaching diverse audiences effectively
• Experience in social media management and digital content creation
• Knowledge of event marketing strategies to maximize viewer engagement during live streams
• Customer relationship building skills to foster loyalty and repeat viewership
• Technical proficiency with streaming platforms, video equipment, and basic editing tools
• Ability to handle sales objections gracefully while promoting products confidently
• Familiarity with product knowledge and branding principles
