Responsibilities

• Host live Whatnot streams featuring Pokémon, sports cards, and other collectibles
• Engage with viewers in a fun, friendly, and professional manner
• Accurately present products, conditions, and pricing during live sales
• Answer questions from viewers and provide product knowledge
• Keep streams organized, energetic, and moving at a steady pace
• Package sold items carefully and accurately after each stream (if required)
• Assist with preparing inventory before live shows
• Help build a positive community that encourages repeat customers
• Represent our brand with honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service

Requirements

• Has experience selling on Whatnot or appearing on live-selling platforms (strongly preferred)
• Has knowledge of Pokémon, sports cards, or trading card games
• Is comfortable speaking confidently on camera for several hours
• Has an outgoing personality and enjoys interacting with people
• Is dependable, punctual, and organized
• Can multitask while managing chat, products, and live auctions
• Maintains a positive attitude, even during busy streams
• Understands that honesty and transparency are essential when selling collectibles
• Previous Whatnot streaming experience preferred
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Knowledge of card grading, market values, and current hobby trends is highly desirable
• Must be comfortable using basic computer software and mobile technology
