Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid position for a Web Developer located in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area, allowing for a combination of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining websites, including front-end interfaces and back-end functionality. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, efficient code, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with designers and other team members, and ensuring the functionality and performance of websites meet client or project requirements. The role also involves staying current with industry trends and applying best practices to web development projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
• Experience in Back-End Web Development and Programming, including server-side scripting, database management, and API integration
• Strong skills in Web Design and creating user-focused, visually appealing website layouts
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Knowledge of web development frameworks, tools, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred
