As we bridge traditional finance with decentralized ecosystems, the user experience (UX) of our fiat-onramp and gateway infrastructure is our highest priority. We are seeking a meticulous Web3 Product Tester & UX-Evaluator to stress-test our fiat-to-crypto integration layers, ensuring that enterprise-level liquidity movement is as seamless as legacy banking.

The Mandate: Frictionless On-Ramping

We don’t need passive bug-trackers; we need active user-journey engineers. You will be responsible for evaluating the end-to-end experience of our digital asset gateways, identifying friction points in KYC/AML flows, currency conversion latency, and wallet integration stability. Your goal is to ensure BNI’s interface meets the standards of high-volume institutional users.

Strict Operational Filter: Precision & Technical LiteracyThis role requires an extreme attention to detail and a "user-first" mentality rooted in blockchain fundamentals. If you are not familiar with the technical nuances of fiat-to-crypto gateways, public/private key management, or the latency associated with different chain bridges, please do not apply. We are looking for testers who think like product managers and execute like quality engineers.
Tactical Execution Plan

• End-to-End Journey Mapping: Execute comprehensive testing scenarios for fiat-to-crypto on-ramps, ensuring seamless navigation through identity verification (KYC), transaction execution, and final asset settlement.
• UX Friction Analysis: Meticulously document interface latency, cryptic error messaging, and navigation barriers that impede institutional user adoption.
• Security & Compliance Auditing: Validate that all gateway UI interactions adhere to our rigorous compliance protocols without compromising speed or reliability.
• Feedback Integration: Provide actionable, data-driven reports to our engineering team that prioritize high-impact UX improvements.

Your On-Chain Signature

• UX/UI Sharpness: Proven eye for identifying suboptimal user flows in financial applications; ability to articulate why a design choice impacts conversion or user trust.
• Web3 Technical Literacy: Clear understanding of how fiat-to-crypto gateways function on the backend, including gas fees, block confirmation times, and bridge architecture.
• Meticulous Reporting: Ability to generate clear, concise, and professional documentation that translates technical bugs into business-critical priorities.
• Institutional Standard: Total comfort working with enterprise-grade financial interfaces where precision is non-negotiable.
