About the Role

We’re looking for a Web & Graphic Designer to work with us on a consistent, ongoing basis.

This is a monthly retainer role, not project-by-project freelance work. We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a team, stay focused on a consistent set of projects, and build a long-term working relationship.

You’ll be working closely with our team on website design, marketing assets, and client deliverables. We’re looking for someone reliable, easy to work with, and strong in both web and marketing design.

Pierson Media is a boutique digital marketing and creative agency based in Miami, FL, partnering with growing companies to strengthen and scale their online presence.

We work with organizations across professional services such as, SaaS, finance, real estate, non-profits, and other industries to bring clarity to their messaging and consistency to their digital experience. What You’ll Be Working On

• Website design in Figma (desktop and mobile)
• Page layouts and UI structure for development
• LinkedIn graphics and carousel posts
• Presentations, proposals, and reports
• General marketing and brand-related design work
• Collaborating with developers to make sure designs are implemented correctly
• Making updates and revisions based on feedback
• Keeping files organized and easy to work with

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of experience in web and graphic design.
A strong portfolio that includes:

• Website design
• Marketing or social media graphics
• Presentation or document design
• Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Illustrator platforms
• Good eye for layout, spacing, and typography
• Comfortable designing for professional, B2B brands
• Detail-oriented and consistent in your work
• Good communicator

Requirements

• Based in the United States
• Available during Eastern Time (ET) hours
• Able to commit to a consistent 15–20 hours per week
• Not running your own agency or juggling multiple independent clients
• Looking for a steady, long-term role with one team

• WordPress / Elementor (you’ll collaborate with our developers)

Compensation

This role is structured as a monthly retainer, based on a consistent workload of about 15–20 hours per week.

Compensation ranges from $1,800 – $2,800 per month, depending on experience and availability. That typically works out to about $25 – $45 per hour.

This isn’t a project-based freelance role. We’re looking for someone who wants consistent work and to be part of the team.

There’s also room for this role to grow over time, both in hours and compensation.
