SUMMARY

We’re hiring a Web Editor to support the continued growth of Progressive Dental Marketing. As our client base expands, this role plays a key part in maintaining and updating live client websites in a fast-paced, high-output environment.

This is a production-focused position centered on executing website updates. You’ll be working on client websites in real time, completing change requests and updates that directly impact client satisfaction, retention, and overall performance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute website updates and change requests for client websites

• Perform content edits, including text updates, image swaps, and layout adjustments
• Execute work through WordPress and internal web editors to complete assigned tasks
• Proofread content for spelling, grammar, and clarity
• Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all updates
• Optimize and format images for web utilization
• Conduct responsive website design and development
• Manage assigned tasks with attention to deadlines
• Communicate status updates to internal team and manager
• Complete QC checks before work is submitted
• Demonstrate proficiency in the operation of Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Adobe XD and InDesign.
• Maintain and organize inventory of work content and artwork in client files

• Basic experience with WordPress or similar CMS
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS (basic level preferred, not required)
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• High school diploma required; additional education is a plus
