Role Description

This is a contract role for a small firm or developer/designer duo as we scale this service line of our agency. Ideal candidates(s) might be freelance or has a small but mighty agency and would like to scale their volume as our agency partner.

Selected person/team will be responsible for creating engaging web designs, implementing responsive web pages, and collaborating with teams to ensure effective user experiences. The role involves working closely with media, CRO experts and tech teams.

We are platform agnostic, but must be able to integrate with several industry tech tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to act as web service expert in pitches, development and ongoing management
• Establish clean and efficient workflows for internal teams and client visibility
• Work With precision and speed, with the ability to produce multiple sites in sprints (sites are generally 10-15 pages)
• Proficiency in Web Design and Responsive Web Design
• Expertise in Graphic Design and creating visual assets
• Experience in Front-End Development and integrating design with code
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of user-centric design principles
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks within deadlines
• Familiarity with best practices in accessibility and design standards
