Content & Creator Operations Intern (Paid) — DND

DND (dndvideo.com) is a travel technology startup building tools that help turn creator recommendations into bookable travel experiences. We work at the intersection of content, hospitality, and creator partnerships.

We’re looking for a paid Content & Creator Operations Intern to support content curation, creator programs, and partner operations.

Responsibilities

• Organize and curate travel content across the platform (video, photography, itineraries)

• Review and support user-generated content submissions

• Assist with onboarding creators and supporting creator communications

• Research and help manage hospitality partner offers, including hotels, restaurants, and experiences

• Support maintenance of partner and booking links across platform content

• Identify and help match creators with relevant partnership opportunities

• Assist with outreach and relationship support for featured hospitality partners

Qualifications

• Interest in travel, creator marketing, or digital media

• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and creator ecosystems

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Clear written communication skills

• Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
