Requirements

Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
Experience with Digital Marketing and General Marketing principles
Strong Communication skills to engage and connect with diverse audiences effectively
Familiarity with analytics tools and an understanding of audience behavior on social platforms
Flexibility to work part-time, on-site in Shrewsbury, NJ, with a passion for social impact
Interest in supporting foster youth and contributing to community-focused initiatives

We Are Loved Nonprofit

We Are Loved aims to empower the foster children and youth of New Jersey through annual programs and education. Our most popular program is currently the the Holiday Box Drive, which consists of donors giving pajamas, snacks, toys, books, and other gifts for children. In 2020, we beat our goal and made over 500 Holiday Boxes! Our 2021 goals include launching the Life Skills Program and fundraising enough to purchase a house for the program. The Life Skills Program is a six weeks course that allows foster children to learn basic life skills that they might not get the chance to develop at home. We have built an incredible team of instructors who are prepared to teach virtually come February 2021 and are looking forward to the day we can all meet in person for the classes. Each course varies in cost due to the supplies required, but a seven course package is available for $300: Techniques of Cleaning 🧹, Resume Building/Writing ✍️, Socializing Without Social Media 🙋♂️, Cooking 🍝, Laundry 👕, Hygiene 🧖♀️, and Finance 👩💻. We Are Loved is hoping to purchase a house in the upcoming year where these classes can take place! It is our hope that this house will become a youth center for foster children enrolled in our program where they can make friends and become a confident young adult before entering the professional world.
