Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for organic social media channels
• Develop creative concepts in collaboration with marketing and leadership teams
• Capture high-quality video content (interviews, office content, storytelling, brand moments, etc.)
• Edit raw footage into engaging, platform-optimized social media content
• Add captions, transitions, graphics, sound, and effects to enhance storytelling and retention
• Optimize content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms
• Stay up to date with social media trends, viral content formats, and platform best practices
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form social assets
• Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all content
• Manage multiple content projects from concept through final delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and hands-on video production / social media experience
• 2+ years of experience in videography, video editing, or social media content creation
• Strong portfolio demonstrating short-form, social-first video content
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Ability to capture engaging footage in both planned and fast-paced environments
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual editing skills
• Basic understanding of lighting, framing, and audio capture
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize content production needs
• Strong creative instincts with attention to detail and brand consistency

Preferred

• Experience working in a highly regulated or compliance-sensitive industry is preferred.
