Responsibilities

• Capture cinematic video and professional photography of luxury residential interiors.
• Document home installations, designer walkthroughs, client reveals, and completed projects.
• Tell authentic stories that showcase our people, culture, craftsmanship, and client experience.
• Produce engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Stories, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Facebook content.
• Edit polished, luxury-brand videos and photography for marketing, recruiting, podcasts, presentations, and advertising.
• Create behind-the-scenes content that gives audiences an inside look at the design process.
• Collaborate with designers to capture meaningful project milestones.
• Assist in planning and executing our social media content calendar.
• Stay current on video trends while protecting and elevating the Semmelmann Interiors luxury brand.
• Organize digital assets and maintain an efficient content library.

Requirements

• Professional experience in videography, photography, or content creation preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating cinematic storytelling and editing skills.
• Experience with Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Canva, or similar creative software.
• Strong understanding of camera settings, lighting, audio, composition, and editing.
• Drone experience is a plus.
• Experience creating social-first content across multiple platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Ability to occasionally lift and transport camera equipment.
