The Los Angeles Rams are seeking a Video Operations Fellow to join our Football Video department. As a Video Operations Fellow, you will work closely with the rest of the Football Video department to provide our coaches, players, and scouts with the video and data they rely upon to do their jobs. The Fellowship is intended to expose individuals to the inner operations of an NFL video department. This is not a broadcast/production/media/social media position. Note: This is a 12-month assignment, with the opportunity to extend for another 12-months. Responsibilities Set up and break down practice equipment (cameras, sound system, video boards, tablets) Film practices, workouts, and games on various cameras (PTZ, ENG, and handheld) Edit and distribute film to coaches, players, and scouts Log player participation for practice film Utilize internal and third-party data sources to build specific edits for analysis Import and organize NFL games’ TV broadcast footage Import and organize college games for scouting department Day-to-day maintenance of technology used in meeting rooms Technology/Audio/visual setup for Training Camp hotel, travel trips, and team hotel Assist with packing proper equipment for hotel/stadium, including loading and unloading trucks Assist with carrying equipment on game day to camera platforms, setting up cameras, and setting up halftime technology in locker room Qualifications Previous experience working in a sports video (professional or college) is preferred, but not required Previous experience filming and editing video is preferred, but not required General football knowledge, with an aptitude to learn more Strong general computer skills and troubleshooting ability Must be able to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, , depending on the team’s schedule during the season (travel required for away-game trips) Team player with the ability to put the organization’s goals first Physical Demands In carrying out your responsibilities, you will be asked to complete physical tasks such as carrying up to 40 pounds of equipment, climbing ladders/stairs, and running The job will entail prolonged periods of time outside, potentially in inclement weather conditions at practices and games Salary: $70,304/year The Los Angeles Rams are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
