Responsibilities

  • Assembling raw footage
  • Selecting and sequencing clips
  • Applying transitions and effects
  • Color grading
  • Adding motion graphics and titles
  • Preparing final exports optimized for different platforms
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and strategy teams
  • Contribute ideas during concept development
  • Maintain organized project files and timelines
  • Staying current with social-first video trends and best practices to continually improve content quality and performance

Requirements

  • strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for short-form and long-form digital content.
  • skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual aesthetics across all projects.
  • skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, and visual elements for social media and digital campaigns.
  • proficiency with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable software).
  • demonstrate strong storytelling ability, attention to detail, and a portfolio showcasing social or digital-first video work.
  • excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • comfortable working in a hybrid setup in Houston, TX and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in film, media, communications, or a related field is beneficial, as is experience in social media or digital marketing environments.
