Job Description

Responsibilities

Video Production and Editor Support
Coordinate day-to-day workflow for video projects, helping track timelines, deliverables, approvals, and across production and post-production
Partner with producers, editors, and communications teams to support the execution of visual storytelling aligned with strategic objectives
Help maintain consistency in project workflows, templates, and documentation to support efficient and scalable video production
Help to streamline post-production workflows and establish scalable editing practices to improve efficiency, turnaround times, and overall output
Operational Support
Maintain project trackers, calendars, status updates, and production documentation to support team visibility and execution
Assist with coordination of production inventory, studio resources, and related operational processes
Support vendor coordination and other administrative needs related to video production, as applicable
Provide general coordination support to the video production and editing team as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or related field
Experience in operations, coordination, video production, marketing, or related support roles
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
2+ years experience in operations, coordination, video production, marketing, or related support roles
Familiarity with video production and video editing

Preferred

Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
