Job Description
Responsibilities
- actively cultivate referral sources, identify growth opportunities, coordinate patient assessments and appointments, and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from referral through treatment
Requirements
- excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- able to work independently
- comfortable working in a performance-driven, field-based environment with measurable referral and growth expectations
- experience in healthcare marketing, business development, sales, referral development, or provider relations
- approximately 90% daily local travel in the Houston metroplex
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
Preferred
- dialysis experience also a plus
