Responsibilities

• Influencer Campaign Support and Administration
• - Assist with the coordination and execution of influencer campaigns from briefing through to completion.
• - Place product orders for influencer gifting and campaign requirements.
• - Create and manage influencer discount codes and affiliate links.
• - Ensure all campaign assets and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• - Support the talent team on the creation of custom brief concepts.
• Reporting & Analysis
• - Produce regular US campaign performance reports.
• - Compile campaign results and key metrics into clear, accurate reports.
• - Maintain reporting dashboards and ensure data is updated on schedule.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital partnerships, preferably within a wellness, beauty or fashion brand.
• Strong understanding of Claude and comfortable using AI to improve work flows.
• Strong analytical skills
• Proactive, highly organised, and results-driven with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for wellness, health, and building genuine creator relationships.
