Head Manager / Operations & Business Development Lead

Just Bee Açaí is looking for a motivated and ambitious individual interested in business development, leadership, and real-world entrepreneurship experience. This role offers the unique opportunity to co-lead and improve a business while still in school, gaining hands-on experience that goes far beyond a typical student job.

You would work directly with the owner and act as the leader on their behalf, helping communicate expectations to the team, ensuring standards are met, and contributing ideas that help the business grow.

We will also allow you to use your work here in your school projects and classes, turning real-world experience into coursework, presentations, and résumé highlights!

Responsibilities

Leadership & Operations

• Act as a leader on behalf of the owner in day-to-day operations

• Communicate expectations and updates to managers and staff

• Help ensure staff and managers are meeting performance and operational standards

• Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient work environment

Communication

• Serve as a key point of communication between the owner and the team

• Help relay the owner’s expectations and ensure they are being carried out

• Address small operational issues and help keep shifts running smoothly

Business Development

• Advise the owner on opportunities to improve the business

• Contribute ideas for marketing, operations, and customer experience

• Help implement improvements that support growth
