Responsibilities

• Act as the enthusiastic face of the UFC brand at events, festivals, retail locations, and promotional activations.
• Engage with fans and customers through friendly conversations, product demos, and promotional activities.
• Collect valuable data during events to support marketing campaigns and improve outreach strategies.
• Manage social media platforms by sharing live updates, photos, and videos to boost event visibility.
• Promote UFC products, merchandise, and upcoming events to maximize brand awareness and sales opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent in-person service and answering questions about UFC offerings.
• Assist in setting up event spaces, distributing promotional materials, and ensuring a lively atmosphere that captures attention.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or retail environments is preferred for excellent customer interaction skills but ( not a must )
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak bilingual languages is a plus for diverse audience engagement.
• Experience with social media management and content creation to enhance event promotion efforts.
• Demonstrated ability in customer relationship building and customer service excellence.
• Knowledge of event marketing techniques and experience promoting products or brands in person.
• Technical proficiency with smartphones, tablets, or other devices used for data collection or social media posting.
• Exceptional public speaking skills combined with confidence in representing a high-profile brand like UFC.
• Ability to handle sales objections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude during customer interactions.
