Job Description The Technical Solutions Function of Radionix delivers best in class training development and delivery of technical support training programs (onboarding and ongoing). The Training Content Coordinator Co-op will partner with the Director of Technical Solutions to assist in the assessment, design and development of training for both Co-opal and external customers. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Director of Technical Solutions to evaluate and assess training capabilities across intrusion products, systems and tools. Evaluate AI tools within the production environment to ensure performance, reliability, and effectiveness. Develop AI-assisted learning modules using generative AI tools. Implement AI-driven knowledge bases and chatbot training simulations; use analytics to personalize learning pathways. Leverage AI tools to automate assessments and performance tracking. Assist in the design and delivery of technical support training programs in all available forms; virtual, and instructor led. Support initiatives that empower technicians and help them promote their own brand to customers. Support marketing and AI training innovations that drive the evolution of a best-in-class training model for both Co-opal and external use. Provide comprehensive support across telecommunications and platform management, including learning product management responsibilities. E-Learning & Content Creation Develop interactive courses using LMS and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or similar). Create video tutorials, microlearning modules, and simulation-based training. Maintain and update knowledge base documentation. Design assessments, quizzes, and certification programs. Qualifications Required Qualifications Pursuing bachelor’s in business administration, Management or Instructional Design with focus on optimization and AI adoption strategies. Pursuing a degree in Information Systems / Technology Management is acceptable with course work related to bridging business with technological advances. GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred. Experience with AI and other advanced technology is required. Must have an innovative mind-set. Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to multitask and work effectively required. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) preferred. Learning Objectives A successful student co-op will complete a basic needs assessment of current training tools and assist in the design and development of learning objectives using AI and other relevant technologies. Success will also be demonstrated through the updating and enhancement of learning materials, including the development of eLearning modules that effectively incorporate AI and multimedia tools to support learner engagement and outcomes. Additional Information The U.S. based hourly rate for this role is between $22.00 - $23.00/hour.
