Purpose of the Job The Training Business Partner will be responsible for increasing our Client Engagement community’s productivity, by teaching new skills and honing existing ones. Key Responsibilities Prepare effective training programs, organize seminars, workshops, individual training sessions with internal SME’s or external training providers; aligned to the business needs and training curriculum. Engaging with our Client Engagement community to deploy first class training as required in a consistent manner, regardless of geography. Deploy training content; survey and collate feedback at the end of each session as required. Support internal SME’s and external training providers by assessing all pre and post training requirements. Working with the Learning Content Creation teams to ensure the training material is tailored to the audience, culture, and language. Evaluate/conduct research to determine where operational skills are lacking in teams. Proposing the most effective training channel and responsible for the planning and implementation of the training. Taking briefs from internal business teams and ensures that requests align with business objectives and learners needs. Working closely with the Learning Content Creation team to brief in requirement. Identify the right channel to deploy the training. Schedule appropriate training sessions. Working with the Learning Content Creation team to ensure that materials required for the sessions are fit for purpose and reflect the requirement brief. Implement the training curriculum effectively. Conduct surveys to gauge effectiveness of training programs. Oversee and direct seminars, workshops and individual training sessions. Research new training methods. Ensure the documentation and version control of training collateral. Play a leading role in the delivery of colleague satisfaction and management of external providers. Manage and record training attendance and follow ups. Knowledge, Skills + Experience BA/BS Degree in business or equivalent industry experience Proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint, e-learning software as an asset. Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, articulate, and able to develop positive relationships at all levels, with all types of people and in all countries. Outstanding communication, presentation, public speaking and facilitation skills Excellent verbal and written skills. Must be empathetic and sensitive to audience requirements, cultures and learning styles. Aligns learning solutions with organizational and learner needs. Promotes collaboration, partnerships, and teamwork throughout the organization. Thinks strategically; is knowledgeable about the organizations vision, goals, business issues and culture. Establishes trust and professional credibility. Selects and sequences content and instructional methods appropriate for the project and learners’ diversity. Excellent time management. Problem solving and demonstrates effective questioning skills. Coaching, adaptability, and excellent listening skills Stimulates and sustains learner motivation and encourages participation. People management skills, putting people at ease, empathetic. Analyzes evaluation results against organizational goals. Experience of Business management training.
