Job Description
Responsibilities
- Concept and present short-form social video concepts that ladder back to brands’ overall sponsorship strategy, specific focus on Reels and TikToks
- Research and audit channels and sports/culture social conversations to identify relevant trends and opportunities for branded content ; develop POVs to share with team and clients
- Support copywriting needs, specifically focused on social copy
- Assist in planning, organizing , and routing content calendars for social programs
- Support client social reporting and develop optimization strategies based on goals
- Support client and new business research as needed, including vetting social channels, knowing the latest trends, analyzing competitors
- Support influencer marketing programs; including research on talent recommendations and content ideas for talent briefing
- Stay informed of the latest mobile editing tools, ability to produce mobile content a plus (CapCut , within social platforms)
- Some travel (including weekend travel) may be required based on account needs
Requirements
- We are seeking a candidate who is a passionate sports fan and keeps up with social conversations/culture
- Ability to think creatively and pitch new, out-of-the-box social concepts to clients
- You are vocal, articulate and comfortable with copywriting
- Comfortable editing content across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- You think creatively and understand culture
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple deadlines
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B sponsorship) is not available for this position.
