Drive visual design work and concept development in a trainee Creative role focused on brand-aligned assets and strategic mood boards.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create visual assets & assist with design production on client deliverables that adhere to brand guidelines
  • Deliver visually striking designs in various applications
  • Assist Creative Team with print and digital design; contribute ideas during creative discussions & brainstorms
  • Produce PowerPoint decks, layouts, and graphics for presentations
  • Actively support Creative team and collaborate with account teams & content teams on various projects and tasks
  • Adhere to deadlines and complete projects in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate organizational skills by maintaining and organizing files
  • Support concept development by researching design trends and creative inspiration
  • Translate strategic ideas into mood boards, concept visuals, and presentation materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or similar field
  • Must present online portfolio of work that demonstrates a versatile and strong design aesthetic
  • Proficient in Adobe CS: Illustrator & Photoshop
  • Must have working knowledge of: InDesign, After Effects, PowerPoint, Google Docs
  • Motion graphic skills are a plus, as are 3D rendering tools, such as SketchUp or Cinema 4D
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and work efficiently under pressure
  • Must be a team player with the ability to interface with all levels of management
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. Employment-based visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred

  • Motion graphic skills are a plus, as are 3D rendering tools, such as SketchUp or Cinema 4D
