Job Summary

Turn data from 17 EU markets into trusted inputs for monthly planning and in-store performance decisions.

  • Insights: Deliver ad hoc analyses that explain what drives product rotation, displays, and cost efficiency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and validate data coming from store audits across 17 EU markets, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our reporting inputs
  • Manage regular trade marketing reports and dashboards, supporting monthly planning cycles with up-to-date, reliable data
  • Produce ad hoc analyses on request, helping the team understand what's driving in-store performance across key metrics like product rotation, display compliance, and cost effectiveness
  • Identify performance gaps and best practices across markets, channels, and store formats, and present findings in a clear, actionable way
  • Support the team in keeping operational processes aligned, flagging data risks or inconsistencies before they affect decision-making

Requirements

  • Experience working with data, whether through coursework, a placement, or a personal project, and a genuine interest in turning numbers into useful conclusions
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple requests at once, prioritise effectively, and deliver clear outputs under time pressure
  • Comfort working with large, sometimes messy datasets and a methodical approach to spotting errors or inconsistencies
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to summarise complex data in a way that's easy for non-technical stakeholders to act on
