Club Location: Bear Creek Golf Club - Dallas, TX Arcis Golf team members thrive on anticipating needs, forging connections, and elevating experiences for our team, members, and guests. Tournament & Event Operations Manager Schedule: Full‑time; evenings/weekends/holidays as business requires About The Role Hands‑on operator who unites Golf and F&B Operations to deliver on‑time starts, smooth pace, accurate scoring, and great guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead BEO Meetings, day‑of huddles, and post‑event debriefs with Golf Ops & F&B. Build runs of show, timelines, staging plans, and shared BEOs/change logs. Manage pairings, tee sheets, cart staging, and on‑time starts with Golf Ops. Monitor pace of play with Starters/Marshals; communicate adjustments early. Coordinate F&B timing (breakfast, turn boxes, stations, bars, awards) and dietary needs. Oversee scoring (e.g., Golf Genius/BlueGolf), results posting, and awards. Maintain tournament inventory (signage, radios, markers, scorecards, awards). Capture guest feedback and lead fast service recovery. What You Bring 2+ years in golf/tournament/event operations Working knowledge of formats, event detailing, and management Team‑first communicator; strong planner who runs crisp huddles and follow‑through. Proficiency with Microsoft 365; POS, HubSpot CRM familiarity helpful. Valid driver’s license; able to work evenings/weekends/holidays. Preferred: TABC, ServSafe, basic USGA rules. Demonstrated outstanding customer service. Must possess willingness to learn and perform new food & beverage programs and services. Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive and motivation. Flexibility with schedule with evenings and weekend work required. Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and interpret retail product labeling. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
