About The Opportunity
LoopRoots Foundation is seeking a Growth & Data Analyst to support data tracking, insights, and strategy across our transportation access initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone interested in startups, analytics, and social impact who wants hands-on experience working on real growth and fundraising pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage data across multiple pipelines, including
- Investor pipeline (VCs, angels, impact funds)
- Outreach research pipeline (facilities, programs, opportunities)
- Support organization and maintenance of Zoho CRM, ensuring data accuracy and structure
- Analyze outreach, campaign, and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist in tracking performance of campaigns (flyers, outreach efforts, digital initiatives)
- Research and analyze search trends and user behavior related to transportation access and incarceration support
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve strategy and execution
- Help maintain clean, structured data for reporting and investor readiness
- Strong interest in data analytics, startups, or growth strategy
- Background in business, analytics, data science, marketing, or related field
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and data organization
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Self-starter who can work independently and proactively
- Hands-on experience in startup growth, analytics, and fundraising strategy
- Direct exposure to early-stage venture-building and investor pipelines
- Opportunity to work closely with the founder and core team
- Real-world experience using CRM and data systems to drive decisions
- Letter of recommendation and potential for future paid or equity-based role
