Job Description

The LoopRoots Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization dedicated to supporting justice-impacted families through transportation, therapy, and technology-driven programs. Our mission is to remove the physical, financial, and emotional barriers that prevent families from maintaining meaningful connections with incarcerated loved ones, accessing mental health care, or navigating reentry.Founded in 2025, the LoopRoots Foundation operates nationally, with an initial focus on underserved communities in Maryland, Arizona, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, California, and Virginia.
Our key initiatives include
  • LoopConnect A ride credit sponsorship platform that provides free or subsidized rides to prison visitation facilities, allowing families to stay in contact during incarceration.
  • LoopTalk A HIPAA-compliant virtual therapy program offering trauma-informed mental health care to justice-impacted individuals and caregivers, including children.
  • LoopTroop Rideshare Partnership We collaborate with the LoopTroop Rideshare platform to ensure families have access to safe, reliable, and culturally competent transportation services.

Title Growth & Data Analyst (Volunteer – Early Stage)

About The Opportunity
LoopRoots Foundation is seeking a Growth & Data Analyst to support data tracking, insights, and strategy across our transportation access initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone interested in startups, analytics, and social impact who wants hands-on experience working on real growth and fundraising pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
  • Track and manage data across multiple pipelines, including
    • Investor pipeline (VCs, angels, impact funds)
    • Outreach research pipeline (facilities, programs, opportunities)
  • Support organization and maintenance of Zoho CRM, ensuring data accuracy and structure
  • Analyze outreach, campaign, and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Assist in tracking performance of campaigns (flyers, outreach efforts, digital initiatives)
  • Research and analyze search trends and user behavior related to transportation access and incarceration support
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve strategy and execution
  • Help maintain clean, structured data for reporting and investor readiness
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong interest in data analytics, startups, or growth strategy
  • Background in business, analytics, data science, marketing, or related field
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and data organization
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Self-starter who can work independently and proactively
