About Ascend Commerce

Ascend Commerce is a live commerce agency helping brands scale revenue through TikTok Shop live selling. We handle everything behind the scenes — product selection, strategy, scripting, and performance optimization — so our hosts can focus on one thing: showing up and delivering.

We're building out our roster of live hosts and are looking for 3 talented individuals to join our growing team. Two roles are English-speaking and one role requires fluency in both English and Spanish.

The Opportunity

This isn't your typical content creator role. You won't need to build a following, film edited videos, or manage an account. Your job is simple — go live, engage authentically with viewers, and present products the way we train you!

Compensation

We offer one of the most competitive compensation structures in live commerce:

• $30/hr guaranteed base pay for every hour spent live
• + 2.5% commission on all sales generated once your stream exceeds $300/hr in GMV — meaning every dollar generated beyond that threshold puts more money directly in your pocket
• Performance tiers: Overtime your commission can scale from 2.5% to 5%

Our hosts are currently averaging $30–$50+/hr, all from the comfort of their own home.

Hours start part-time during our onboarding phase (a few hours per week) and scale to full sessions once a winning product is identified — meaning you'll spend the majority of your live hours actively selling a product that's already proven to convert.

Who We're Looking For

We are hiring 3 hosts total:

• 2 fluent English speakers
• 1 fluent Spanish + English speaker (bilingual)

Demographics that perform best in this role:

• Natural, conversational on-camera presence (think "talking to a friend" not "selling to a crowd")
• Medium-to-high energy — engaged and warm, not aggressive or overly hype
• Comfortable speaking on camera for sessions up to 5 hours

Availability required:

• Available between 2PM – 12AM EST, Monday–Sunday
• Must be available for at least 2 out of 3 weekend days
• Flexibility for 1–2 weekday days off is acceptable
• Must have a reliable phone, stable WiFi, and a decent filming space at home/apartment

Preferred (not required):

• Prior TikTok Live or live streaming experience
• Background in retail or sales is a strong plus if no live experience
