Responsibilities

• Host engaging TikTok Shop livestreams from our Ontario, California headquarters.
• Become an on-camera representative for JLash and JBabe during TikTok Shop LIVE sessions.
• Apply or demonstrate products confidently while explaining each step.
• Present and demonstrate lashes, mascara, brow products, hair accessories, styling tools, and other beauty essentials.
• Create a fun, welcoming LIVE environment that encourages viewers to participate, follow and return.
• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, pricing, promotions, bundles, and limited time offers.
• Track frequently asked questions, audience feedback, and product requests.
• Review LIVE performance metrics to improve engagement, watch time, clicks, and conversions.
• Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams on content ideas.
• Respond to viewer questions and comments in real time.

Requirements

• Live Hosting: 1 year (Required)
• Spanish fluently (Required)

Preferred

• Have a strong, loyal following or experience on TikTok, Instagram Live, YouTube, or other platforms
• Are a makeup artist, with industry experience and a supportive network
• Experience and understanding of live shopping platforms like TikTok Shop, etc.
