We are looking for a TikTok LIVE Client Outreach Specialist to join our growing team.

This role focuses on real-time engagement and relationship building within TikTok LIVE streams. You will be connecting with creators, starting conversations in their LIVE chats, and introducing them to our network where we help them grow and monetize.

This is not a sales role — everything we offer creators is free. Your job is to build genuine connections and bring the right creators into our ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Join TikTok LIVE streams and actively engage in chat
• Start conversations and grab creators’ attention in a natural way
• Build relationships and move conversations into direct messages
• Introduce creators to our network and onboard them
• Track outreach and follow-ups in our system
• Stay consistent and active during scheduled work hours

Compensation

• Hourly base pay
• Bonus per creator you bring in (based on weekly performance)
• No cap on bonuses
• Weekly pay

Most team members increase their earnings quickly as they get comfortable with the process.

Schedule

• Full-time only (40+ hours per week)
• Flexible scheduling (you choose your work blocks)
• Must be active and engaged during working hours

This role is centered around real conversations with creators, so having an established TikTok account with real posts helps you stand out.

When you’re engaging in LIVE chats or reaching out to creators, they will often check your profile. If your account:

• Has real posts
• Feels authentic and active
• Shows personality

…it builds instant trust and makes creators much more likely to respond.

You don’t need a large following, but having a real, active presence will directly impact your success and earnings in this role.

What We’re Looking For

• Active TikTok account with real content (no large following required)
• Strong communication skills and outgoing personality
• Comfortable starting conversations with new people
• Consistent, self-motivated, and reliable
• Familiarity with TikTok LIVE is a plus (not required)
• Experience in customer service, outreach, or social media is helpful
