About LIMOR

LIMOR is a fast-growing creator network focused on helping TikTok LIVE creators grow, connect, and monetize. We work directly with creators to help them turn streaming into a real income source through strategy, support, and community systems.

Role Overview

This is an entry-level, fast-paced communication role focused on TikTok LIVE.

You will spend your time inside TikTok LIVE streams actively engaging with creators, starting conversations, and building enough trust to move them into direct messages and eventually into our network.

This is a high-volume outreach role, not passive social media management.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Join TikTok LIVE streams and actively engage in chat
• Start natural, real conversations with creators
• Get creators’ attention and build rapport in real time
• Move conversations into DMs when appropriate
• Introduce creators to LIMOR and guide them into onboarding
• Pass qualified creators to managers for closing
• Manage multiple conversations at once
• Maintain consistent daily outreach and activity levels

Compensation

• $10/hour base pay (paid weekly)
• $5-8 per creator you bring in (uncapped earnings)
• Bi-monthly performance bonuses based on results
• Strong performers consistently increase their weekly income through volume and consistency
• Stable base pay + scalable upside tied directly to your performance

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a natural conversational style
• Comfortable talking to new people all day
• Able to handle fast-paced, high-volume interaction
• Self-motivated and consistent with hours
• Familiar with TikTok LIVE (battles, gifting, etc.) is a plus

Commitment

• Full-time: 40+ hours per week
• Flexible schedule, but must be fully active during working hours
• Consistency and effort are critical to success in this role

• Not content posting or social media scheduling
• Not passive browsing
• Not a low-effort role
