TikTok LIVE Streamer / Live Host

Position Overview

We are seeking TikTok LIVE Streamers / Live Hosts to create and host livestream content through their own TikTok accounts.

This role involves regularly going LIVE, interacting with viewers, creating engaging conversations and content, and building an audience on TikTok. Creators have flexibility in determining when they livestream and can participate remotely using their own device.

Previous livestreaming experience is not required. We provide training, coaching, and ongoing support related to TikTok LIVE.

Responsibilities

Host livestreams through your TikTok account

Communicate and interact with viewers in real time

Create engaging and appropriate LIVE content

Build and maintain an active audience and community

Participate in eligible TikTok LIVE features, including LIVE battles and other interactive formats

Maintain consistent livestreaming activity

Follow TikTok's LIVE Community Guidelines and platform requirements

Participate in coaching and training provided by Next Gen

Qualifications

Comfortable appearing and speaking on camera

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, consistent, and self-motivated

Comfortable interacting with viewers in real time

Access to a smartphone and reliable internet connection

Must meet TikTok's eligibility requirements to use TikTok LIVE

Previous content creation or TikTok experience is preferred but not required

Schedule & Location

This is a remote opportunity. Creators have flexibility in determining their livestreaming schedule and the amount of time they spend LIVE, subject to any participation requirements communicated for the role.

Compensation

Eligible creators may receive earnings through TikTok's virtual gifting system when viewers voluntarily send virtual gifts during livestreams. The amount earned can vary substantially based on livestream activity, audience engagement, gifts received, TikTok's applicable policies, and other factors.

We provide creators with:

TikTok LIVE training and onboarding

Creator coaching and support

Guidance on livestream engagement and content

Opportunities to connect and collaborate with other creators

Education on TikTok LIVE features and best practices

We're looking for individuals who are comfortable on camera, enjoy interacting with people, and are interested in developing their skills as a livestream creator.

Pay: $15.00 - $100.00 per hour
