About the Role

We’re looking for a highly creative and organized TikTok Content Creator to help scale CGK

Linens’ presence on TikTok. This role is perfect for someone who understands TikTok trends,

thrives in a fast-paced content environment, and enjoys both creating and managing content

behind the scenes.

You’ll be responsible for producing engaging TikTok content using existing assets, collaborating

with creators, and keeping our content ecosystem organized and optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Editing

● Create high-performing TikTok videos using existing creator and brand content

● Edit short-form videos optimized for TikTok Shop and organic reach

● Write hooks, captions, and CTAs that drive engagement and conversions

● Stay on top of trends, sounds, and viral formats

Content Management

● Upload, organize, and maintain content in Google Drive

● Categorize content by product, creator, and performance

● Ensure all content is easily accessible and properly labeled for team use

Creator Collaboration

● Communicate with creators to collect content and ensure deliverables are met

● Provide light guidance or feedback to creators when needed

● Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers

Community Engagement

● Respond to TikTok comments and DMs in a timely, brand-aligned voice

● Engage with followers to build community and increase retention

● Identify opportunities to turn comments into content

Performance Optimization

● Analyze content performance and identify what’s working

● Repurpose top-performing videos into new variations

● Test new content angles, hooks, and formats regularly

Additional Responsibilities

● Assist with TikTok Shop content strategy and execution

● Help identify new creator talent for partnerships

● Maintain a content calendar and posting schedule

● Flag trends and opportunities for rapid content creation

Qualifications

● Strong understanding of TikTok (trends, algorithm, content styles)

● Experience creating or editing short-form video content

● Highly organized with strong attention to detail

● Excellent communication skills

● Ability to manage multiple projects at once

● Familiarity with TikTok Shop is a plus

● Experience working with creators or influencers is a plus
