Responsibilities

• Develop, film, edit, and publish engaging TikTok videos that align with the GOM ATHLEISURE brand voice and visual identity
• Regularly appear on camera in both solo and team-based content
• Model activewear and demonstrate fitness and wellness products
• Collaborate with the founder and marketing team to develop creative concepts
• Manage the full content creation process, including ideation, scripting, filming, editing, captions, and publishing
• Produce multiple pieces of short-form content during each filming session
• Create trend-driven, educational, entertaining, and sales-focused videos
• Monitor TikTok trends, sounds, challenges, and audience preferences
• Adapt trends creatively rather than simply copying existing content
• Tag relevant TikTok Shop products in applicable posts

Requirements

• Confident, expressive, and natural in front of the camera
• Comfortable appearing independently and alongside the founder and company team members
• Comfortable modeling activewear and demonstrating fitness products
• Experience creating TikTok, Reels, or other short-form video content
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, hooks, pacing, and storytelling
• Proficiency with TikTok, CapCut, or similar video-editing software
• Able to develop ideas and execute content without constant direction
• Comfortable guiding other team members during collaborative filming
• Reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work in person in New York City

Preferred

• Experience or interest in fitness, Pilates, dance, fashion, beauty, wellness, acting, modeling, or digital marketing is preferred.
