Responsibilities

• As our TikTok Live Host, you'll be the face and voice of our brands during livestream shopping sessions. This isn't a traditional sales role — we're looking for someone with genuine personality, comfort in front of a camera, and the ability to build real connection with viewers. You'll show off products, answer questions in real time, keep the energy up, and turn casual viewers into engaged shoppers.
• Host live shopping sessions on TikTok Shop (and potentially Whatnot), showcasing products across our brand portfolio
• Bring authentic energy and personality to each stream — this is about entertainment and connection first, sales second
• Model and demonstrate products (sleepwear, shapewear, lingerie, apparel, beauty items) in a way that feels natural, not scripted
• Interact with live viewers in real time — answer questions, respond to comments, build rapport
• Follow a loose show flow/rundown while staying spontaneous and conversational on camera
• Coordinate with our team on which products, promotions, and deals to feature each session
• Maintain a consistent, reliable live schedule
• Help brainstorm fresh content angles, themes, and ways to keep sessions engaging over time

Requirements

• Comfortable and confident being live on camera for extended periods
• Naturally outgoing, warm, and quick on your feet in conversation
• A genuine interest in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle content (prior experience with our specific product categories is a plus but not required)
• Reliable and punctual — live sessions run on a set schedule and don't pause for latecomers
• Basic comfort with TikTok Shop's live interface, or willingness to learn quickly
• Prior experience as a livestream host, content creator, influencer, or on-camera personality is a strong plus, but we're open to raw talent with the right energy
• Team player who can take direction on featured products while still bringing their own voice to the stream

• Prior experience with our product categories is a plus but not required
