Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of the firm's organic and paid social media, employee advocacy program and website within the Owned Channels pillar.
  • Develops, schedules and publishes organic content across LinkedIn, Meta, X and YouTube.
  • Supports the execution, optimization and reporting of paid social advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Helps amplify firm campaigns, thought leadership and brand messaging to grow audience engagement, reach and campaign performance.
  • Partnering with the Senior Manager, Owned Channels and cross-functional marketing teams, the Coordinator helps maintain the social content calendar, supports the firm's employee advocacy efforts, community management and audience engagement.
  • Assists with audience targeting, campaign setup and performance monitoring for paid social initiatives, while using analytics to optimize content performance and inform strategy.
  • Supports and maintains the firm's website, including publishing and updating web pages and ensuring content is accurate, timely and aligned with brand standards.
  • Executing and posting content across all of the firm’s social channels, developing scheduling and publishing organic social content aligned with campaigns and thought leadership.
  • Helping build the social content calendar and coordinate content needs across marketing teams.
  • Assisting with executing the employee advocacy program, enabling and encouraging employee content sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing or a related role.
  • Experience managing organic and paid social media channels for a corporate, agency or professional services organization preferred.
  • Experience with employee advocacy programs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and web publishing best practices. WordPress preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand standards.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Creative thinker who stays current on social media trends, platform updates and emerging content formats.
