Job Summary
Lead the design and delivery of training for Monogram robotics, oversee KOL education, and scale programs across internal teams, surgeons, and hospital staff while collaborating with Marketing, R&D, and events.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Mentoring of new team members including in-person review of training delivery quality and 1:1 coaching to upskill and standardize delivery processes.
- KOL surgeon management: acting as the technical aid to the ongoing relationships and ensuring KOLs are trained to the highest standard on Monogram platform(s), so they can educate their peers accordingly.
- Assist in developing training curriculum for future applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Monogram robotic platform, including system functionality, workflows, and application concepts.
- Maintain deep knowledge of robotic-assisted surgery, competitive landscape, and evolving standards.
- Ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant education across all audiences.
- Provide structured feedback to Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and R&D.
- Deliver education and training for: Internal Zimmer Biomet teams (ex. Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Medical Education), Surgeons and hospital staff in non sales educational settings, Medical education programs and workshops
- Contribute to developing curricula and strategic initiatives
- Execute curricula developed by the MRX Manager and Marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 7 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 9 years of relevant experience
- Experience with medical devices, surgical robots or clinical technology
- Experience educating surgeons or healthcare professionals
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%)
Preferred
- Background in clinical field support, clinical education, medical education, or technical training.
- Exposure to orthopedic procedures (knee, hip, or related).
- Experience supporting product or application launches in the field.
- Comfort operating independently while aligned to centralized team.
