Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Program & Delivery Management
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of multiple cross‑functional programs involving Dynamics 365 CRM and integrated enterprise systems.
- Drive program planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across Agile/Scrum teams.
- Establish and maintain program governance, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
Stakeholder & Business Management
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering.
- Facilitate requirement‑gathering workshops and translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication, status updates, and escalation management.
- Ensure alignment between business priorities and technical delivery plans.
Requirements & Backlog Management
- Capture business requirements and translate them into features, epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized and well‑groomed backlog.
- Ensure requirements are functionally sound, scalable, and aligned with Dynamics 365 best practices.
Agile & Scrum Execution
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track sprint progress, delivery risks, and dependencies across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in Agile execution, predictability, and delivery quality.
Functional Dynamics 365 CRM
- Strong techno functional skills and experience in CRM
- Provide functional guidance on Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities, configurations, and business processes.
- Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams to validate functional designs.
- Articulate business requirements, create features, user stories for CRM solutions.
- Product owner expertise
- Understand CRM skills
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, user experience expectations, and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in Program Management / Technical Program Management.
- functional experience with Dynamics 365 CRM
- Hands‑on experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Proven ability to capture and document requirements as features, epics, and user stories.
- Experience managing business stakeholders, cross‑functional teams, and complex dependencies.
- Strong risk management, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to influence without authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in enterprise or aligned programs.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog, sprint, and delivery tracking.
- Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) integrations.
- Experience supporting large‑scale, multi‑team programs
