What To ExpectWe are seeking a Technical Program Manager to own the Commissioning & Site Lifecycle domain within Tesla’s Industrial Storage Operational Excellence (OPX) team. In this role, you will be the end-to-end owner of new site commissioning readiness, site onboarding, decommissioning, and return-to-service processes across Tesla’s commercial energy storage fleet.
You will manage all three initiative types within your domain — reactive work (such as commissioning process improvements and onboarding fixes), proactive work (such as commissioning roadmaps and infrastructure requirements for new variants), and measurement-driven work (Metrics-Driven Improvement such as commissioning cycle time and handover defect rate analysis).
