Mission / The Big Picture:

Your mission as a technical implementations intern is to be the "Accelerator," the hands-on expert who makes our promise of a seamless setup a reality. You will be responsible for flawlessly deploying CollabTask for our clients, managing data migrations, and building the operational backbone that allows us to scale our impact.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Guided Implementations: Manage the end-to-end process of setting up new CollabTask instances for clients, including provisioning their private Supabase and Netlify accounts.
• Client Onboarding: Serve as the primary technical contact for new clients, ensuring they feel confident and supported from day one. This includes a special focus on our non-profit partners.
• Data Migration Projects: Execute our data migration service, carefully extracting, cleaning, and importing data from clients' old systems.
• Process Improvement: Document and refine our implementation and migration processes to make them faster and more reliable.
• Operational Support: Assist in managing the tools and workflows that keep our business running smoothly.

What You'll Learn (The Experience):

• Technical Project Management: Learn how to manage complex technical projects with real client deadlines and deliverables.
• Cloud Platform Administration: Gain valuable, hands-on experience with core cloud services like Firebase (PostgreSQL, Auth) and Netlify (CI/CD, Hosting).
• Client Relationship Management: Develop critical skills in communicating with clients, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional service.
• Business Operations: Understand the behind-the-scenes processes that make a tech startup function.

• An extremely organized and detail-oriented person who loves checklists and processes.
• A natural problem-solver who is tech-savvy and enjoys figuring out how things work.
• You don't need to be a coder, but you should be comfortable learning new software and navigating technical dashboards.
• A calm and professional demeanor, especially when working with clients.
