Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | 100% Onsite
Pay Rate: $60-75/hour

What We’re Looking For
Haas Media is looking for a highly organized professional who can bridge technical environmental requirements with construction operations and community engagement and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction infrastructure environment.
The Role
- Coordinate environmental monitoring activities, documentation, permits, and compliance records.
- Review environmental monitoring reports, field observations, and compliance data.
- rack environmental commitments, corrective actions, and resolution of project issues.
- Support construction environmental monitoring, including air quality, noise, dust, and vibration.
- Coordinate with contractors and technical teams to address environmental concerns and deficiencies.
- Prepare and review technical reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and public-facing materials.
- Attend and support community meetings and outreach events.
- Monitor and respond to community concerns related to construction and environmental impacts.
- Support communication between technical teams, construction teams, agencies, and community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Planning, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in environmental compliance, environmental monitoring, construction oversight, or large-scale infrastructure project delivery.
- Experience in environmental compliance, monitoring, construction oversight, or large-scale infrastructure project delivery, including transportation, tunnel, transit, bridge, or public works projects.
- Knowledge of environmental monitoring and compliance, including air quality, noise, vibration, dust, mitigation measures, permitting, and Independent Environmental Monitoring/CAMPs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with experience working with contractors, consultants, regulatory agencies, community stakeholders, and project management systems.
