Responsibilities

• Create and publish 30-60 vertical videos per month
• Produce natural, platform-native content for TikTok/Instagram
• Set up and maintain dedicated social accounts for assigned campaigns
• Communicate consistently with the in-house team
• Follow the agreed production and posting schedule

Requirements

• Comfortable creating content about dating and relationships
• Natural, confident and relatable on camera
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts
• Able to produce content consistently and meet deadlines
• Responsive to feedback and willing to test new approaches
• Proactive, organized and comfortable working independently
• Access to a good-quality smartphone
• Access to a quiet, well-lit filming environment
• Fluent in conversational English

Preferred

• Experience creating content for apps, technology, dating, beauty or lifestyle brands is preferred. Previous viral or high-performing content is a HUGE plus.
