At Addison Promotions, we're looking for people who genuinely enjoy helping others grow. As a Team Lead, you'll play an important role in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members while helping create a positive, high-performance environment.

You'll receive ongoing training and support while developing your own leadership, communication, and management skills.

What You'll Be Doing

• Mentoring and coaching team members to improve performance and confidence
• Supporting the training and development of new team members
• Leading by example during client campaigns and community outreach
• Helping build a culture of accountability, encouragement, and continuous improvement
