These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. Those in tax compliance at PwC will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations. You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance. Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. The Opportunity As part of the Finance team you coordinate the preparation of foreign, federal, and state and local tax returns and supporting schedules for the Firm and partners. As a Senior Manager you lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You manage ongoing foreign tax audits and research and document resourceful strategies for managing liabilities and risks. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
