Responsibilities

• In the Store * Serve ice cream, donuts, shakes, coffee, and other menu items * Provide friendly customer service * Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked * Learn our products and help create a great guest experience Social Media * Create Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media content * Film and edit short videos and Reels * Photograph products and customers (with permission) * Develop creative promotions and campaigns * Respond to comments and messages * Schedule posts and maintain a content calendar * Brainstorm new marketing ideas * Help grow our online following and engagement * Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements
