Nature & Purpose of Position
Assist the Director, Attorney, and other student employees in the office. The duties include, but are not limited to:
- maintaining confidentiality of office information;
- daily office upkeep;
- scheduling appointments and managing multiple calendars;
- answering phones and taking messages;
- creating files and entering data;
- responding to emails;
- assist with event planning and marketing; and
- other duties as assigned.
